You see the finished work before you pay a cent. Payment is your approval — which is why it's final.

We talk through what you need, we build it, and we show you the completed work before any payment is made.
You only pay once you've reviewed the finished result and confirmed you're happy with it.
Making payment confirms that you've inspected the completed work and that it meets what we agreed.
Because you approve the work before paying, all payments are final. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, a change in your business circumstances, or a decision not to proceed after approval.
The website, code, files and all associated assets remain the property of Fenscape Services until payment is received in full.
On payment, ownership transfers to you along with full access, files and live deployment.
Some projects involve costs paid to outside providers on your behalf:
These are passed on at cost and are not refundable, as they're paid to the provider and can't be recovered. We'll always tell you before incurring one.
Work beyond what we originally agreed will be quoted separately for your approval before we start on it.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there is a major problem with the services we provide, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for any unused portion, or to compensation for the reduction in value of the services compared with what you paid.
If there is a minor problem, we will fix it within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
