Scope of services

webflow.life provides web design, AI automation, and related digital services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and approval

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Work starts once the quote is accepted and any required deposit or confirmation is received.

You will have the opportunity to review the completed work before final payment. Payment confirms your approval of the final result.

Content and materials

You are responsible for providing the content, images, branding, and account access needed for us to complete the project. We can source stock assets or create content on request, which may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

All custom work created specifically for your project becomes your property once the project is paid in full. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Third-party assets, plugins, themes, or licences remain subject to their original terms and may require ongoing licensing fees.

Revisions and maintenance

Project scope includes the number of revisions agreed in the quote. Additional revisions or ongoing maintenance outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
